Sustainability & Ethics

We are an ethical company and thats not just a sound bite for us. We are not perfect and there will always be room for improvement but here is what we are doing right now.

Testing

None of our products are tested on animals and we will never move from this position. Animal testing is unnecessary and abhorrent and we are working towards accreditation. Many of our products are vegan friendly and we will work on extending this to all of our range. 

Waste and Packaging

We are constantly looking at ways to reduce our environmental impact through reduced, repurposed or recycled packaging. We are trialling sending our products out in biodegradable bubble wrap to save on boxes and tape. 

Green biodegradable bubble wrap is an environmentally friendly cushion packaging. The special additive is included during production so the bubble film biodegrades within 12-24 month in land fill and the harmless residue matter is simply absorbed into the ground. The high quality bubble film maximises air retention, providing long term cushion protection against shock and vibration.

Our plastic bottles are recyclable and we encourage our customers to refill when empty as this saves both money and packaging. Refills are available for our hand sanitiser, surface sanitiser and wipes range.

Customer Service

We believe in fairness. That means that we treat our customers with respect and honesty. If we make a mistake we will tell you and do what is necessary to make it right! 

Product Quality

Our products are extensively tested and they do what we claim! We make available test results to our customers upon request. We do not deal in inferior ingredients or low quality products. You can be confident that a Serenity product will do exactly what we say it will.
